View Full Version : 1992 Honda Accord - No instrument panel or Pwindow power

Recently lost power to instrument panel and power windows. I've checked the under hood fuse box and everything looks OK (tested fuses with multimeter). Not sure just how to test relays though. I think the issue is with the under dash fuse box, however, fuse box cover is missing and I don't know how to proceed.
Any assistance would be appreciated!

. Test under-dash fuses with your multimeter. Turn ignition switch to ON and test for power through each fuse. If there's none, it positively confirms there's a problem with the ignition switch.

Get rid of it,I had one lemon from hell,as soon as you fix it ,it will break again.. I had a 92 and then bought an 2003 trans problems,factory recalls like crazy.. never again
