My son's wife left him and took both the children. She left in a Ford Expedtion that he is paying for and is in him name only. If he has another vechile that is mechanically sound and paid for can he get his Expedtion back? There are no separation papers but she has filed for divorce listing that he pay for the Expediton and keep all upkeep on it also. Including the insurance, tag, and the mechanics. Of course, he wants to try and sell the truck because the payment is $640 a month and she isn't and has no income. She is living with her mother. She also uses the children against him. They are 4yrs old and 2 yrs old.
She puts the 4yr. Old one up to asking him questions like are you home, where are you staying, are you at work, things like this.We live in Mississippi. Any advise will help us
