Go on a diet by eating less and eating healthy. Also eat breakfast never skip it. If drink soda stop and drink water instead. Instead of eating junk food eat fruits. Try to have 5 serving of fruits and vegetables a day.

Next exercise. Join a gym if possible and work hard on the machines and do some aerobic exercises.

Eating right and exercising is the right path to go. You must be self disciple and the road will be hard but you will love the results. Question: why you want to lose 20 kg in 60 days?
