My sons father is in trouble in 3 different counties and hasn't worked since 2006. I just found out that his wife now is in trouble with the law as well. I told him when he was born that he wouldn't be able to see him unless he came to my house or I would meet him somewhere. He chose to be with someone that did drugs over his son and that is not right. So they both are in trouble for drugs and more now. I don't want my son to grow up with people like that. His name is not on the birth certificate. I did have a paternity test done so that I could prove that he was the father so they would quit saying that he wasn't. He does not see him or call. I want to know if I had enough information if he could sigh over his righs without his say so. He has another son that lives in Texas that he hasn't seen in 7 years that he is in and out of court with for the past several years and is over 10,000.00 behind in child support. He don't care and I do cause my son is my #1 priority.

Thank you,
Leann

In some US states being in jail for long periods will allow you to ask for their rights to be taken away, You need a good family law attorney in your state.
