Hi
Can anyone give me any info on whether a man's age can effect the baby's health?

I wouldn't think so unless there are some genetic issues (and I'm assuming you are talking about the babys' FATHER). Generally I would think it's the mothers age that would have affect the babys' health.

There is some debate as to if the age of the father can effect the sperm and their ability to swim and carry the "right" dna coding to the egg... I would ask your dr. about it if you are really concerned.

I know they made us get tested on our last 2 kids for downs because of Mikes age... he is 12 years older than me...
