Alcohol, in general, isn't really "good" for you... it affects the functions of the liver, etc.

Granted, there are many studies that show that a glass of wine a day is "good" for you... etc, but regardless, it still affects your liver.

Vodka + cold drinks? Where'd you hear this from?

I agree you can mix vodka with whatever you want, cold or not cold, but alcohol is never good for your health. If you want a healthy drink try carrot juice.
