I know this guy who sell music cds on the side for his hustle when he is not working his regular job.bussiness is kind of slow ,so he was thinking about trying to get a bulk customer-someone who is always struggling perhaps to buy cds from het to sell there selfs... here's the thing this is not exactly legal but these days you can get cds basically free off web sites that pay for music so you can burn.my question is what steps should be followed to make sure you pick the right person to help you make more money and help them keep a roof over there heads?shouldn't he give the bulk customer a nick name and nick name only and never let the bulk customer no where he stays?what are precautions in this business he is in that he should take?

No he should have a business license and only sell legal CD and have a formal contract with the person who he is selling in bulk to.

What you are describing is a fence selling stolen goods that does not want anyone to know their names.

The cds aren't stolen I don't think.I think he buys the whole cd and go from there.
