Hi, can anyone steer me in the right direction here... I live with my 9 month old and her father, we are not married. He is an alcoholic and often verbally abuses me. He watches the baby while I'm working, for about 5 hours at night. I have seen him do things to the baby while drunk that make me afraid for her, such as pulling on her arm quite hard until I told him to stop, not waking up when she cries, among other things
Besides moving out, what can I do? After I move out, what do I do when he insists on spending time with her? Do we go to court for child support, and is that where I establish his drinking problem? Do I call the police? Please help me

After you move out, you call Child Protective Services in your area, or call the police and ask them to direct you in the right direction, but whatever you do, DO IT NOW BEFORE YOUR BEAUTIFUL BABY GIRL is permanently injured or killed. DEATH IS FOREVER. THERE IS NO COMING BACK. If something happens to her, IT IS TOO LATE TO BRING HER BACK. You carried her! You gave her life! Now protect her! At all costs! No matter what it takes! YOU ARE RUNNING OUT OF TIME!

This is impossible to follow because of the total lack of punctuation.
OP - You must get your child out of there - you can't leave him with a child you've SEEN him mistreat with him when you are not there to stop it. Call in Child Protective Services.
You can move out and file for a protective order. You can stay and file for a protective order, but I think that will blow up in your face.
You must protect your child.
