First thing you need to do is make a plan. Start with a trip to the store to price out supplies. Then figure out how much of each cleaning supply you will use on a typical house. Next you need to determine how many hours per house you can expect to spend. Maybe use a per room estimate, so many minutes for a kitchen, so many for a bath room, so many for each bedroom etc. Then how much do you expect to make per hour? Don't forget payroll taxes, insurance, cost of a bond for each employee, transportation costs including a vehicle, gas, maintenance, upkeep, depreciation, insurance. All it all up and then you have a per room cost. Next you can figure a profit margin and then you would have a selling cost for your product.

The first question that I have, is how much cleaning experience and what kind do you already have cleaning for others in order to make some kind of profit, please? Getting into the cleaning business is something that takes a plan as well as knowing how you are going to advertise effectively, clean and retain customers, to name just a few things.
Thanks!
