I'm not exactly sure what you are asking here. Would you please mind explaining some? Are you asking about finding new contacts for business for an uncle who has a new cleaning company?

If so, to my knowledge, I don't know of a site where a person goes to bid on cleaning jobs. However, I do know of plenty of ways that a person can advertise their business online without it costing anything. If interested in how to do that, please let me know.
