Problem: Phimosis
I am 29 year old and going to get married very soon. I have a problem of phimosis. When I don't have an erection my foreskin is fine and will stretch with difficulty below the head (ring) of the penis. However, when I get an erection streching my foreskin becomes a problem, and very painful it is. So how do I improve the situation to bring the foreskin below the head when my penis is in erection position? I do not want to consult a doctor. I will follow what cream you suggest for me but having no side effects. Because I have heard of the high success with the use of steroid creams and stretching; what specific creams and techniques can I use? Please help me.

I would usually suggest you see a doctor... because sometimes phimosis can be mis-diagnosed. Also, doctors can give you a better idea of which treatment option would be best for your case.

Usually, creams are suggested for minor cases and usually for younger kids... however, any sort of corticosteroid cream that you can get over the counter and vitamin e capsules that you can break open should help.

If you use this method for 3 - 4 months, and it has no effect, you should discontinue this method and seek alternative treatments.

Do not post such questions under child and teen section! You are 29 and you should know better! Ask in men's health section.
