Illegal aliens can be classified in 2 categories...
1. Those who entered US without inspection... and 2. Those who entered US on non-immigrant visas or visa waiver program but overstayed their visas. Both cannot change their status in US except in case of marriage to US citizen.
From your previous question at https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/immigration-law/asking-about-wife-child-255169.html I am quite skeptical about your wife's situation as a lot of info given doesn't make sense. You were married in US so the citizenship issue will never be raised in Denmark as yet, etc.
What you should do is discuss this matter with your attorney on how to bring her to US.
