My supervisor is stealing time from the company. How do I write an effefctive letter.

Can you explain how your supervisor is stealing time from the company. Your supervisor is more than likely a salaried exempt employee.

Salary exempt employees are paid by the job and not by the hour. They are paid the same salary if they work 5 hours as they are if they work 12 hours in the day. Hours do not count.
