OK I have been with my boyfriend for over a year now and we are for sure that we are the one for each other and the whole time we have been together we have never used protection and I still haven't got pregnant some say I'm just lucky and some don't know what to tell me but I would like to know because I love kids and I would love to have a couple of my own w/o having to adopt can somebody help me please

Go to a doctor and get checked also ask your boyfriend if he wouldn't mind getting checked just to make sure you are both OK and if so just keep trying and God will give you a baby at the right time. I will be praying for you because I have some friends that have been married for 11 years and haven't been able to have a baby and they have been checked out and nothing is wrong with them. It is just not Gods timing yet. But, God is going to give you a baby don't worry and just pray. That's the best thing to do.

You haven't been using protection, but you haven't purposely tried to conceive either. Don't get discouraged - that's not an indication that you can't conceive.

Call your doctor for a fertility consultation. He/she will give you prenatal vitamins and talk to you about conception.
