1. changes affecting the Human Service Field are considered. As described in the Online Text, what are some of the major types of forces influencing these changes and how do these changes affect those working in the Human Service Field.
2. What are the assets and liabilities of a strength-based approach to human services? How might an organization that currently utilizes a needs- and deficit-based service delivery model modify its approach to incorporate asset- and strength-based strategies?
3. Consider The Managerial Grid presented in Chapter 2. Blake and Mouton explain how individuals within an organization handle creativity and change. Through your own examples, explain how you see this model working and what may result depending upon the management style involved.
4.. After experiencing a summer Bridge Program Camp, the staff decided to have a planning retreat to discuss past challenges and how to improve the program.
