I am searching for a way to send a Pop message to our customer when they log in to our server.. and these customers will be the pre paid card customers to our ISP and the pop message should be the remaining hour in their CArds.

It really depends on what type of set up you are using. Does your server have access to that information? If so, you should use probably ASP or .NET for the logon scripts & to pull the information from. To get an example of a login script: http://www.outfront.net/spooky/login.htm
