Our Kenmore dishwasher has been excellent for the three years that we have had it. Although we did not run it yesterday, when we came home last night it had overflown with clear water and water was all over the floor. What would cause it to overflow even though we hadn't run it.

Could be the supply line to the water valve has burst or the valve is bad
