Sir: Recently I installed a Moen cartridge in a bathroom sink faucet, after which the cartridge worked well. A few days later, when turning the handle right as you look at it in order to get cold water, a loud noise would emit almost like their was air in the pipe. The water pressure would weaken. It seems that when turning the handle left for hot water it worked perfectly. Turning the handle right for cold it did not turn as far to the right as it would left and once again, it started to make the noise accompanied by a lost of water pressure.
I tried to correct it by pulling out the cartridge and replacing it again, but that did not seemed to work successfully.
Your assistance in this matter would be appreciated, thank you.

When you had the cartridge out did you, 1) Check the inlet ports tosee if they're clear?** and** 2) did you turn the water back non for a minute to flush out the supplies and open valve body? Let me know. Tom
