If it calls for 90 minutes in a pressure cooker. How long in a water bath?:)

At what pressure ? There are different pressures, depending on the weight on the release hole.

"How long in a water bath?"

At what temperature? What product? And what about all the waste of nutrients in that water bath?

Roughly you can say that in a pressure cooker it takes half the time of normal cooking, but there are a lot of influences that can change that !

Use the times per average product as per the following list, and relate that to standard cooking times!!

Note : so double that 90 minutes for normal cooking !

But "90 minutes"?? Seems abnormal long to me for a pressure cooker!!

Recipe calls for 90 minutes at 10 lbs. of pressure. Thanks everyone!
