This is a wonderful legal case that is required reading in law school as a base for what many laws are based on.. As such you need to read and learn this case since its principle will be needed in many years to come for future case law issues

Yes, it hits twice a year real heavy, and normally one other time a year lightly. Great case, several year ago when these questions actually first started, I went and researched it. Now I would have to go court the number of judges but just a simple web search Yahoo, Google, will give you more than you could ever want to know of this, but a real law student should have the actual case in front of them to research.
