Okay I will be 45 days passed my payment date as of 091508, the MH people have been telling me that they can respossession the home at any time now if I don't catch the payments up. Can they do that?

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.
Depends on what your loan papers say, but its very possible.

Depends on your state laws, but I would guess that yes, they can take possession of the home if you are in default.
Your best bet is to be as honest with them as possible, and to show good effort to get the loan current.
They do not want to repo, they would rather have the money, but they won't wait forever.

Pay what you can immediately on this loan. Talk it over with the lender. Don't just let them in the dark as far as your financial picture. They need to know that their loan is going to be paid. Look over your original loan papers and locate the repo section and see just how many days notice they have to provide you with before they can start legal action towards you to repo the home.
You may want to look into a refinance of this loan so you can have a lower monthly payment if you are having problems making this monthly payment comfortably. You'll have to do what you have to do if you want to hold onto the home and live there.

Yes, in many states mobile home repo is just like a car repo, can be done at the point where the loan papers have you in default.
So yes call them, talk with them, make some type of paymenet arrangements if at all possible
