Have you ever seen chinese fried noodles?? I have a Chinese origin and I can tell you that that isn't like it. ( noodles have a round cross section, another thing similar called 'Sa Ho Foon', don't know the english name though, but not noodles have a flat cross sectional area, like in the pic.)

I think that the 'key words' you said sneezy was dried... don't know why. This really ressembles dried meat, or that which my grandma eats as tonic...
