Can anyone tell me if I sign a consent judgment, does that go on my credit report like a regular judgment? Or is it up to the atty. To notify the credit bureau?

A separate question... my husband is worried that if I start to make payments with this past due credit card, my other (I have one other credit card that is in collections) will somehow find out and also sue me. Does anyone know if this something I should be worried about? The other collection agency has not been as persistent as this one, they don't call and don't send letters. Any thoughts?

Judgements are filed in court, and courts routinely notify the credit reporting agencies.
The other card company will know of the judgement if they check your report on a regular basis.
