my law firm got a motion dismissed and we have new evidence to introduce...what is the time limitation to make a Motion To Renew?

What? You are an Attorney and don't know this OR you are a paraprofessional... and are preparing papers, not knowing the law?
Okay, now that the lecture is over, what State? What type of Court?
