Mine is SONY TRV285 E digitial camcorder. I have shooted video and am using the PIXELA PACKAGE SW which was provided by SONY corporation. It is capturing the video and audio (Master) and saving in from of AVI. It is consuming lot of disk space (For eg: 10 minutes video is occupying 800+ MB). I wish to capture to MPG 2 format but that format was not provided. How can I capture to MPG 2. is there any software out to capture into MPG format. Please help.

You cannot capture to MPEG2 on the camcorder itself, however, you can offload to your computer and then make the encoding change.
