Well, not exactly long distance. We will in the same city, just about 8 miles away, but for 14 year olds that's, that's pretty far. We were fine during the summer because we worked at the same job everyday, but now that schools starting soon and we both stopped work, how are we going to still see each other? We really like each other and want it to work, but know that its going to be SUPER hard to trust each other and not even see each other more than maybe once per week. So you have any tips for us to help stay together? We already talk on the phone every night and talk on aim whenever, but is there anything that you know from experience that has helped with your semi-long distance relationships?

Experience MAINLY says that you're in for a period of distrust and unhappiness. Too bad, it's all avoidable, you know?
You two don't HAVE to pretend you're able to continue this relationship. You COULD respect the truth and wish each other well in the coming year. Setting yourselves up so that NEITHER one of you can enjoy your respective schools and "friend" pool there, including potential boyfriends/girlfriends... well, that's an unfortunate decision.
Unlike when you get older and the years will all start to look similar, at your current age each year is unique and unrepeatable. I strongly urge you to reconsider making this one an unhappy one before it's even had a chance to be a great one for you.
Both of you.
