How do I file a Lien against a commercial project?

Welcome to AMHD. What is the basis for your lien?

I have utilized an attorney in the past. I have found the pricing fairly reasonable. It is cheaper than me missing a day of work.

Each state has it's own procedures. I know here in NY it is usually a 2 step process. Are you a sub-contractor owed money by a general contactor?
