I am looking for a movie where ordinary citizens are giving a trigger message with possibly the phrase you have far to go before you sleep. They then are programmed to commit an assassination.

Sounds familiar,was it "Miles to go....", or something like "Miles to go before you...".
Remember "Afghanistan Bananastan". Name the Movie.

Ooh... it's Telefon with Charles Bronson and, I think, Donald Pleasance. I saw this in the theater many years ago, when I was maybe 15 or something.

Yes, that's correct. It's a line from a famous poem from Frost--"The woods are lovely, dark and deep, and I have many promises to keep, and miles to go before I sleep."
