My shower makes a noise when I turn on the hot water what do you think the problem is.

It doesn't make it when I turn on the cold or hot and cold just when I turn on the hot side of it

You probably have a loose washer or cartridge diaphram. Do you know the brand/model? All mixing valves are designed to be opened and have replaceable parts.
