My nipples are sore and I don't know why

It's part of pregnancy. The breasts are getting ready to feed your baby and are changing which makes them sore.

Yeah but I just took a pregnancy test 3 or 4 days ago and its negative. And my period is late too so I don't know

You could be pregnant and tested too early, or this could just be your body gearing up for your period.

Sorry, I assumed since you posted under pregnancy and new motherhood you were pregnant. My breasts ache sometimes during my cycle. It's the hormones!

Yeah, my breasts ache from time to time. And my nipples become extra sensitive too. It's just part of my period. It's normal for me.

I am having some issues with extreme sensitive nipples you can't touch them... I've had 2 pregnancy tests both came back negative I don't get my period or even symptoms of my period anyone know what might be wrong... thinking about going for a blood test but not sure what will happen
