OH OH OH!

I have one everyone I know Loves! And it is my own recipe too

Get at least a cup of cream cheese, a cup of sour cream, a cup of parmesan cheese a cup of artichoke arts and TWO cups of frozen baby spinach, mix together well then add a tablespoon of roasted garlic. And mix well again. DO NOT ADD ANY SALT but you can add pepper... you can double the recipe, bake at least 15 minutes longer and use a bigger dish...

Place in an oven proof dish and bake at 310 degrees for an hour. Remove and cool, place in decorative dish and serve with blue corn and regular tortilla chips. ( and any study chip, brushetta bread works great too and if sourdough gives extra tang! Can have a bowl of chopped romero tomatoes on side also maybe some extra sour cream and haas avocado chunks too

It was gone so fast I had to make more 10 minutes after I placed it as an appetizer

Good luck!

So I'm way late on this one but I was searching for recipes. What I like to do is use an 8 oz container of sour cream- spread it on the bottom of a dish of any sort (as long as it has sides because it can be messy) and then layer a jar of salsa on top. Next, sprinkle some shredded cheese on top and sliced olives. It's a big hit! You can also use refried beans- but I don't because I don't like them. This dip is best with tortilla chips- scoops are the best
