Here's the scenario... Someone is arrested in County A. He bails out of jail. While out on bail, he is arrested in County B for a different offense. Will the bail from County A be revoked? Will he be allowed to bail out of County B? The county A charges are drug related. County B, burglary

Hello m:

His only duty to county A is to show up for court. If he does that, he's cool with county A. County A doesn't care about the new charges.

Bail in county B has nothing to do with his charges in county A, except it gives ammunition to the prosecutor to ask for a higher bail.

As long as the person who posted his bail? Did he use a bondsmen ?
Did he use the same bondsmen for both?

But if the person who paid or promised the bail, things they are becoming a risk to show up, perhaps because the sentence may be more now with two crimes. They may ask to have bail revolked, but most bondsmen if they feel you will show up, will get you 3, 4 or 5 bails, that is how they make their money. I know someone out on bail for 4 crimes right now.
