I have recently discovered that since birth I have been regarded as an 'artificial person' by the State which therefore renders me in effect an 'asset' of said State or a 'corporate-fiction' hence my name is always in Capital letters on all 'corporate / State forms and applications.
If this is indeed correct then how can I now assert my 'rights' as a 'natural' person and deny the State's authority over me and control of me?

I think you are at best confused -
If I remember correctly an artificial person is a group of people who are recognized as one for tax, government, some legal purpose.
A single person cannot be an artificial person.

Hello p:
How does the state control you? Do you wear an ankle bracelet? Do you have to report? Do you vote? Do you pay income tax? What corporate papers are you talking about?
