Does anyone know how to get a woodruff key way out of a drive shaft that holds on the drive disk on a 80's something snapper rear engine mower. The key way is worn down. I tried to tap it out but seem's to be seized on the shaft. Cannot heat it because of a grease bushing. Any help would be Greatly appreciated.

I would try a good Penetratin Oil like "Blaster", let it soak, overnight wouldn't hurt, then drive out with a punch.

Is this one of those keys that are simicircular or half moon shaped?
