I would suggest talking to your OB/GYN, they may be able to suggest where to to find a surrogate mother.

Baby magazines have postings for surrogate mothers in the back of the magazine.

Check with your OB/GYN.

Some states do not legally allow contracts for surrogacy--be VERY careful with this, and make sure you have a lawyer involved.

They ran a long article about this in the local paper a few months back, and I had NO idea how complicated the laws were about it. I would actually talk to a lawyer before talking to your doctor, and seeing if you can find a reliable surrogate through an agency (there are a few reputable agencies for this).

Bottom line is this: Even if you donate both the egg and the sperm, because the surrogate gives birth to the child, the child is legally HERS. And in some cases, she can get child support from the biological father for the child, if she decides to keep it.

The laws in many states are VERY murky about this--make SURE you check into the legalities of this before you get involved in it.
