The new vcast rhapsody software freezes when I try to transfer songs to my juke, is anyone having this issue and how to fix. Vcast can see the songs already on the phone, just can't add new ones.

It isn't an uncommon problem. Some people say to give it a few minutes because it's busy reading and converting the mp3 all at once. Could this be the problem you're having?

Blake - thanks. I ended up using windows media player to reformat the player. I was then able to sync music directly through wmp. Never did get vcast to work.
