During winter, I always get awful skin, and it chaps and flakes and so do my lips. It really looks awful and is very painful and I got it very bad last year.
I want to make sure it doesn't happen this year so want to start treatment in advance. I have very sensitive skin so will people please recommend some creams I can use to protect sensitive skin against wind and cold climate. Last year I used E45 after it started happening, and it did help in the long run but took a while and I had the bad skin for a good couple of months and I lost all my confidence.
Not a lot works on my lips, and I suffer from chapped lips on/off, and vaseline doesn't tend to work although I started using the new pink one recently off my friend and it helped. I've also found blistex intense mosturiser for my lips that has helped, so for now I think I'll be OK for lips and am just mainly worried about my skin. I also heard drinking lots of water and eating lots of fruit helps - will someone confirm this? If it does I will be glad because I also want to lose weight
Please help if you know what to do
Xxxx

Drinking lots of water helps. And stick to a very rich moisturiser in the winter. I use Palmers Olive oil butter for my skin the winter. And at night, I apply a few drops of extra virgin olive oil to my face and massage it in.
