The bump feed head, what bumps on the ground, pull on it and it should come out... have the right line for it, there's a small hole to put a little into to catch olt of the line, and the head itself has a arrow to show you which way to wind it, get some line wound on it, put a little through the hole on the trimmer head, and pop the bump head back in.
