I have a weed eater fl, 20 cc..
After turning it off one day, and later trying to start it up, the cord will not pull out... I took it apart, seems like the screw that holds the cord down on the inside is hitting two moving metal things... Sorry I don't know the names , I don't understand, if the motor was a slight few mm set forward, it would work, like I'm missing a piece... but I can't find a diagram online... can anyone help please...

How old is it? Any warranty? Like a 30 or 90 day return to the store kind of thing?
If so... have your ticket and take it back...

As your other answer said, if it's still under warranty, take it back.
If it's like mine, warranty long time gone, then I suggest taking it to a local Farm Store, or maybe Lowe's... somewhere that sells weedeaters.
Maybe someone there can see what you need, and suggest where to get it.
If all else fails, is there a "small engine repair" shop in your local area?
