There's no shortcut for good spyware/AV defense. Follow the instructions in the "after the storm" checklist of things to do to harden your computer(s) against infection.

I'm sorry, but you're at a crossroads. You have to decide what's more important... that website or the safety of your computer.
My solution not too long ago was to stop using Internet Explorer. I switched to Mozilla Firefox as a web browser, then installed the plugins (free) that gave Firefox the ability suppress online ads AND the NoScript addon which disallows scripts of any kind to operate on any website without explicit permission FROM ME on a site by site basis.
When I visit Amazon.com I can enable their scripts because I know the page is safe.
I just tried to go Kuwaitsamachar.com and Firefox intercepted the site completely giving me a warning that this website is a known attack site and using it in any way will result in problems on my computer. So I didn't allow FireFox to continue.
So, I would switch to FireFox first, then I would have a heart-to-heart with my "need" to use that website everyday. Making that choice means you're inviting the devil into your computer.
This is in your hands. You know the danger. The solution is to stop going to that web site.

Try the steps on this page:
Remove Malware (http://www.elamb.org/hacked/removemalware.htm)
You should switch to FireFox, too. It is much better at keeping the spyware out when surfing on the dangerous websites.

I am not very good with computers and I was wondering if it is possible for a spywear or virus or anything to get on to you computer and track what you have done over a few weeks and continue to do it.. (example> about three weeks ago I use the archive folder in my e-mail, and a couple of days ago I found that it has been opened up again. At the times it was open I was not on my computer but had left it running. I have a computer monitering system installed and that is how I checked that. Could a spywear or something be capable of this?)

Hi,
First End the process ( which is running for spyware) from windows task manager. Then download & install Malwarebyte and Superantispyware on your computer and full scan your computer throgh Malwarebyte & Superantispyware.
