Dear officer,

My F1 visa ( SEVIS ) is noted by FLAG since I fallen out of staus from the school for 4 months.

I had reported to SEVIS help desk through myself with my resons for that absence.

I am hoping SEVIS help desk helps in Reinstating my F1 ( Removal of FLAG).
I know, Even though my FLAG is removed, There will be alwys record on it.

I am just planning to return to my Home once I get the answer from them.

After 2 months, I planned to return to VISIT usa in B2 tourist VISA ( Not F1 visa).

Will the Local embassy in my Home country issue the B2 visa to me when they sees There is Flag Removal in my Case?

Even I am facing the same situation as you.
I have gone out of status.
My college advisors are not efficient enough and I am planning to file a reinstatement.
At the same time I am also planning to return to my home country and obtain a B1/B2 visa.

Please tell me how did you handle your case?

It will be a great help if you can explain the path chosen by you.
