Hi I'm a 19 yr old chick and I have a lot of trouble not snacking. I try exercising but always manage to get caught up doing something else.. usually less important.. I an 158cm approx and weigh 85kg.. I know I am overweight and I am looking for some tips on hoe I am able to lose it as fast as possible and I will then work on keeping it off..

Honestly, the only permanent and safe way to go is to start exercising and eating right. There just isn't a quick fix. Try to exercise during the week and give yourself the weekend off. When you prepare your meals, try to make sure that 70% of your plate is fruit or vegetables. You should notice the pounds falling off in no time.
