I am fat. But not very fat. I try a lot of things but I can't get rid of my fat. I have tried going on a diet but it just doesn't work. Any suggestions??

Do not "diet" as in eat too little. This does not help your body in any way. Make an effort to eat healthy - cut out sugar, fried food, processed food, etc. Also, get lots of exercise. Join a sports team, take long walks with a friend, swim laps in the local pool, etc.

Hi. I had put on a bit of weight recently and found that if I changed things I ate for healthier options it worked better than dieting. I ate fruit instead of biscuits and crisps and lower fat options. Also we got a ninentendo wii. Know its expensive but has worked wonders for me as I'm not really a fan on jogging or things like that

You need to eat right, Plenty of veggies and fruit - proper portion control and exercise. Go outside and walk instead of playing on the Wii. Also . Walking can reduce stress and anxiety. Don't know if you have it but it is wonderful when you can just walk it off. Mood and weight. Hope it all works out.
