I have a Hampton Bay ceiling fan with a bad receiver for the remote. I know I can buy another receiver, but is there a way/kit available to convert to pull chain control only?

If your unit came with remote only I do not think Hampton offers a conversion kit to pull chains only. They do have a kit to go in the opposite direction.

Does your fan have pullchains already? If not, then no, sadly.
