What are some questions a biologist might ask about a rainforest?

Is that a biologist who misread the roadmap and ended up in a rainforest ? "Where am I" ?
Or a biologist who is on a long awaited two weeks holiday in a rainforest ? "What am I doing here" ?
Or a biologist who is on a real working visit in a rainforest ? "Anyone here who can give me a hand" ?
