Not sure if this question is in the right spot but,

I was wondering if I can sue YTB from running an illegal pyramid scheme? As they tell you when you are sighning up, its Not a MLM or a pyramid trap. After viewing matter in deth, it IS MLM and a pyramid scheme. My wife and I are asking 20 Million out of the case due to other job lose, and we really want to say to the CEO and Staff members at YTB, its not OK to LIE, and to send a message to scammers. YTB is your travel bizz.

As the YTB "agents" they meet up with you, show you everything, from you could be making this amount to this amount its up to you, But comes you need to put down $500 pluse anther $60 for a website and a 24 hour personal helpline...

Even comes the more nasty thing about ALL YTB Agents, all that I over heard, and tlaked to say the same thing, from, "Oh I dont usly show this, but look" To I made my First $10,000 last month.

They say it about 2 or 4 times, that this is not a pyramid scheme, and its not the illegal veron of MLM.

Again after doing homework, Its very much a Scheme.

Do I have a case?

Thanks so much,

Just how much money did you invest in this? If it was just the $500 initial amount for a website, why do you think your claim would be for 20 million dollars?

You have a responsibility to investigate a company before you invest - YTB is all over the Internet and newspapers. I don't know why you didn't find the warnings.

It's your word against theirs and the burden of proof is on you. Lawsuits which are started in order to teach other people how to behave never work. The Court system is in place to make you whole, reimburse you for any losses you can prove, not enforce behavior, not enrich anyone.

I agree with Twinkie - how did you come up with your damages (millions of dollars)?

I don't see a case here but if you are willing to pay expenses up front you may find an Attorney who would take this on.
