I just installed a new circuit board in my Carrier furance. When I do the Self Test I get a rapid flashing light which indicates a line voltage polarity reversed issue. How do I correct? Which color wire should be connected to the Com 24 connection? Thanks

Line voltage is the 120 volt imput for the circuit board. Just reverse the two wires.

Which color wire should be connected to the Com 24 connection? Thanks
Which wire did you take off it?
I hate to guess with your expensive board purchase.
Did you make the wires before you removed them from the old board?

If you can post a picture of the board and the wiring diagram that came in the box with the new board.

My error code was "Incorrect Line Voltage Phasing" (nine flashes, Carrier Aire-Flo furnace). It was fixed by properly securing the green ground wire that was near the circuit board to a screw on the furnace.

Also on this brand new furnace the Black Line-In 120 volt wire and the Black with White Stripe Transformer wire were plugged into the circuit board in reversed order, fixed this problem as well.
