Usually you pay your health insurance in advance so you are "probably" paid up at least until the end of the month.

The only way to be 100% is to contact the health insurance provider and ask.

Depending on the size of the company and the State/Federal requirements you may be able to continue coverage by paying the premium yourself - but it is often prohibitively expensive.
