I am curious since I have only recently decided to date after being single over 6 years. I met a man who I have been seeing three weeks, we have talked on the phone daily, until yesterday he didn't call and hasn't called today either. The last time we talked he just came home from out of town from buying rock for his aquiraium, I think he paid as much for gas as he paid for the rock to save money to buy out of town. He stated he would call me back after he unloaded his rock. He never called back and that was two nights ago. I am wondring if he has lost interest?

Sounds like he may have lost interest or wasn't really all that interested in the first place.
I wouldn't sit around waiting. Move on and if he calls he calls if he doesn't at least you moved on.
