This is really disgusting and I think I probably should just call a plumber, but I'm at school right now and won't get home until late tonight, so maybe something else can help.

Yesterday morning when I showered, my shower drained slowly, although all the water was gone from the bottom of the shower within five minutes of me turning the water off. I thought that was sort of odd, and then last night before I went to bed, my toilet and the wall behind my sink were making weird gurgling noises when I ran the water in my sink. Then, I soaked my feet in my bath tub (seperate from shower) and when I drained that, it also drained really slowly, then my shower made this huge gurgle noise, so I went to look at it, and it didn't look any different, but it smelled horribly. This morning, I woke up and the bathroom smelled bad, and looked in the shower, and the floor of the shower was covered with disgusting sewage stuff, and water, and it smelled so, so, so bad. I looked in my toilet, and there was no water in it at all. I flushed the toilet, and water came back into the bowl (clear water) but then I heard a flowing sound in the shower, and I looked and more gross brown cloudy water was flowing into the shower. I live in the top floor of a house from the early 1900's, but the bathroom was completely redone 3 years ago. In the bathroom, there is an old clawfoot tub, a toilet, a shower, and a sink. What should I do? I'm sure it is going to smell really bad when I come home tonight, but (of course) I woke up like 45 minutes late, and I didn't have time to deal with anything. Thanks so much for any advice at all.

You have a clog in the main bathroom drain leading to the stack. This can be resolved by snaking the drains out. You can try snaking from the lavatory vent on the roof or if that fails the toilet will have to be pulled and the main snaked from there. Unless you're real handy I would call a plumber in on this.
Good luck, Tom
